Invite Contacts to Poncdash
Strengthen connections by bringing people onto Poncdash
Why invite?
When someone joins Poncdash through your invitation, a Poncdash connection is created between you — the strongest type of thread. Their contact details stay up to date automatically as they update their own profile.
Inviting a single contact
Open a contact's detail page and click the Invite button. Poncdash sends them an email with a personalised sign-up link. When they join and complete onboarding, the connection is established automatically.
Batch invitations
From the vulnerability widget on your dashboard, you can invite fragile contacts in bulk. Poncdash sends invitations to contacts that have an email address and haven't been invited yet.
There's a daily limit of 10 invitations per day to prevent spam. Already-invited contacts are automatically skipped.
What happens when they join?
When an invited contact signs up using your referral link:
- The invitation is marked as accepted
- Poncdash checks if their contact details match any of your contacts
- A pending connection is created for you to confirm
- Once confirmed, both contacts are linked — changes to their profile propagate to your contact record
