Organise and filter contacts with custom labels
What are tags?
Tags are custom labels you create to organise contacts. Examples: investor, podcast-guest, dublin-tech, warm-intro-needed.
Creating and managing tags
Go to Tags in the sidebar to create, rename, or delete tags. You can assign a colour to each tag for visual scanning.
Applying tags to contacts
Open a contact and use the Tags section to apply any tag. A contact can have multiple tags.
Filtering by tag
On the Contacts page, tag filter pills appear above the search bar. Click a tag to show only contacts with that tag. Select multiple tags to see contacts matching any of them. Tag filters combine with the text search — you can search within a filtered set.
Click a tag pill again to deselect it, or press Clear to remove all tag filters.
💡Tags also appear in search results — typing a tag name into the search bar will find contacts with that tag.
